We keep what we need to run your account. We don’t sell your patches, we don’t train models on them, and we don’t share them.
We store your email, a hashed password, and the records you create — modules in your rack, patches, studio sessions, releases, and renders. Renders (audio sketches and cover art) live in per-customer object storage and are served via short-lived presigned URLs.
When you ask the coach for a patch idea or render an audio sketch, the prompt and a description of the modules in your rack are sent to a third-party AI model provider for the length of the run. They don’t persist the prompt. We keep a short audit ledger so credits stay accurate.
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see them. We receive an order id, the credit pack you bought, and a confirmation. That’s what we use to credit your wallet.
We set one HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics fingerprinting. If we add first-party analytics later, we’ll say so here.
Ask through your account and we’ll export everything we hold on you, or delete it. Deletions are processed within a reasonable window, with the obvious exception of records we’re required to keep for tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
